“It was a wonderful experience with Giovani! Got to see the making of chocolate by hand in a beautiful cottage setting! Had never seen chocolate made by hand on a small scale. We were shown every stage of the making process. Fascinating. Then we Were given their wonderful hot chocolate with warm bread with butter up on the roof top portion of the home. Loved our tour! We got to buy chocolate we tasted to bring home instead of just buying it in shop & have no idea whether it’s good or not. This was the way to experience Guatemala chocolate!!”
