“A little unorganised for my taste. The pickup process was confusing and only communicated super late (the day before). The listing said the tour was in English, the guide knew enough to direct us but not to answer questions. The listing said max group size of 10, there was about 20 of us which included sitting on a wooden stool in the van there instead of a proper seat. The listing said there would be information on the hike (none) and breakfasts after (none). Overall just a bit of a misrepresentation.”

“Manuela was an excellent guide! The views along this trail are stunning. Worth noting....though this hike is described as easy, it is NOT. We are avid hikers and we live just outside of New York City. We have some challenging hikes in our area, and if this hike was at home it would be described as challenging (it's more elevation than Mt Tammany for reference). We would do this hike again but it's worth understanding the elevation change of the trail before you go.”

“The guide was lovely and I felt very safe with him. He did not speak any English but we still managed to communicate enough. The hike itself is very challenging but beautiful views. However, the organisation was difficult - we could not get a straight answer out of the tour operator about difficulty, safety, what to bring etc. We also ordered poles with the tour operator and they were never provided to us. Our request for a refund was ignored.”
