“The tour guide did a great job of communicating with us, getting us to and from the reserve, and helping us navigate inside the reserve. The reserve itself is beautiful and maintained nicely. The trails are easy to navigate but you need to be in pretty good shape due to some steep climbs and hanging bridges. We also did the zipline and it was fantastic. The guides there were very good and the views were amazing on the two long lines (35 to 40 seconds). My only hesitation on giving this a 5 star review is the price from Viator.
